You can also check the status of your return anytime through the app:

Open the app and tap 'DROP & GO' at the bottom of the home screen.

Select 'Drop & Go history'. Here you’ll see the date of your return, the Drop & Go location you visited, and the current status of your return.
Once your containers have been collected and sent to the depot for processing, the status will update from 'At Drop & Go' → 'Collected' → 'Complete' when your refund has been deposited into your account
